Opens with bright cherry flavors and a soft oak nose. Great mid-palate acidity with a hint of raspberry jam. Ruby red fruits are followed by a long toasty finish.
My Tasting Notes:
Woodsy on the nose with big fruits. Very deep in Color.. Right at the front of the tongue you get a slight dryness with some red fruits, like raspberry and cherries. Mid palate is a little acidity but you get the sense that it is a pepper or spice. Very soft finish.. A great food wine because it doesn't take away anything. Or if you are like me you like to just drink it by itself or with some munchies like cheese.
