We visited several booths. I have to admit I was wine focused! I met some great people. Just ask Dave. I will stop and talk to anyone. That is how you make new friends, right? Like the people that own a nursery. He is talking about starting a blog.. I encouraged him. I think a blog on plants would be great! Got to talk to alot of wine peeps. Being that most of these wineries were from Southern Oregon, I had not heard of them. I gave them all my card and I have already started following them on their social outlets. Maybe if they read this, they will leave a comment.
My son Dylan, who is 11 seemed to get lots of high 5's on wearing his Bronco gear. Don't hate, he's only 11. But Go Bronco's! He did get a pair of cool sunglasses and got to just hang out.. Like that was so entertaining.
Dave and I had a good time.. We got to see some familar wineries; Nameste' Vineayards, Tesoraria Vineyard and Winery, and Zerba Cellars.
I would recommend this event. Some important reasons as to why; it was indoor, they had awesome music by Brady Goss who was amazing, good food, and they had real potties (yes that is important).
In looking at the list of wineries, I tried 10 out of 29. Not too bad. 4 of the Wineries stood out to me and here they are with one of the wines from each I loved! Look forward to seeing them again and say hi if you see me!
