Since this wine is a 2004, it definitely needs to breath. If you have a decanter, I would recommend you use it on this wine. I would allow it to breath for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

BookCliff is one of my favorite Vineyards. I first tasted BookCliff's Ensemble at the Lafayette, Colorado Wine Festival in 2003.
