Vino Salida Cellars, located in Salida, CO has an AMAZING 2011 Vino Bianco di Salida. This wine smells of Luscious Pineapples, tropical notes and creaminess. I could drink this wine all day long. It is an off dry wine so it very nice to have as a porch wine.

The 2011 Bianco is an off-dry, light to medium bodied white wine, has crisp green apple fruit character & bright acidity with citrus notes. A blend of 50% Viognier and 50% Chardonnay.
