The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey 2011 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey located in Canon City, CO.  Only 300 cases of the 2011 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc were produced.  This is only of my favorite Sauvignon Blancs.  Probably because it is slightly citrus, with grapefruit, honeysuckle. I love this wine on a hot summer day...
